Return Policy

At Pure Health Naturally, we guarantee the quality of our products. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled at any time before they ship. We ship Monday through Friday and strive to provide same day order processing and shipping. It is important that you contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. Please call or use our live chat to request cancellation. On weekends you can email us your request. We will confirm all cancellations and let you know if cancellation is not possible.

Orders not cancelled can be returned subject to the terms of our standard return policy.


We hope you will be satisfied with the items you purchase from us. However, should you wish to request a return, please note that any unopened item may be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt.

There are no restocking fees for the return of unopened or defective product. We simply ask that you pay for the return postage if the product is not damaged or defective.  

Defective items can be exchanged for like items at no charge and we will cover the cost of return postage. Defective items exchanged for different product are handled as a standard return.

Items purchased for resale are not returnable.

All returns require a return request authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA may be rejected or subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipments that are returned due to a refusal to accept delivery or “return to sender” will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping.

Please email us to request an RMA. Once your return request has been processed, we will send you instructions for packaging and mailing back your return.

Upon receipt of your return, we will exchange your product, issue store credit or credit your credit card immediately, whichever you prefer. We strive to process returns the day we receive them but it may take up to 2 days to process a return. We will confirm receipt of your returned package and issuance of any exchange, credit or refund.

Please note that we cannot accept any returns for product purchased at a retail location, and items purchased through cannot be returned to any retail location.

We do our best to package all shipments accurately, but if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us via e-mail or telephone within 7 days of order receipt and we will correct the error right away.  Please retain your packing slip as we will ask for some important information from this document in order to properly process the return.

International Returns

Please note that the cost of return shipping for any reason is borne by you, the purchaser; and that we cannot return any import taxes, duties or brokerage fees you may have incurred.
